We built from lived experience

After years in therapy, our co-founder, Claudia, discovered group work and fell in love with the process. Being alongside others, guided by a therapist, made the work feel deeper and more sustainable. Now, she is building Circe with her husband, Gaurav.

Grounded in Research

Decades of research, including recent findings published by the American Psychological Association, show that group therapy is just as effective as individual therapy for most mental health conditions.

  • Evidence-led care

Only evidence-based approaches (CBT, ACT, CFT), delivered by licensed therapists who've been carefully vetted.

  • Safety first

Careful screening, intentional group matching, and clear boundaries. You're not just thrown into a room with strangers.

  • Connection as medicine

Being understood by others isn't a nice bonus. It's a core part of how people get better—and we treat it that way.
