Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to make our cancellation process clear and fair.

1. Programme Fees

  • Programme fees vary depending on the group you join.
  • Unless otherwise stated, fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis for the duration of your programme.

2. Refunds

  • Promotional Offers: Circe may offer free trials, discounted periods, or other promotional pricing from time to time. Any such offer will be clearly communicated at the point of sign-up.
  • Ongoing Subscription: Unless cancelled before the promotional period ends, your subscription will automatically continue at the standard monthly rate communicated during sign-up.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel during an active free trial or promotional period, you will not be charged beyond any applicable paid period.
  • Therapist Cancellation: If your therapist cancels a session, it will be rescheduled or refunded (pro-rata for the session) where applicable.

3. Missed Sessions

  • Fees are charged for all scheduled sessions, including those you miss.
  • Missed sessions cannot be refunded or transferred.

4. Early Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel your participation early, you may do so by contacting team@hello-circe.com.
  • You will not be charged for future months after your cancellation is confirmed.
  • Any sessions already billed for the current month are non-refundable.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Circe reserves the right to review requests for refunds in cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstances.
