How much does group therapy cost?

Our group therapy sessions start from £20 per session. Final pricing depends on the specific group and duration, but group therapy makes high-quality care significantly more affordable than one-to-one sessions.

What if group therapy isn't right for me?

If after your first session you feel the group isn't the right fit, we offer a full refund. No pressure, no awkward conversations.

Who runs the therapy groups?

Every group is led by a licensed therapist with experience supporting clients through a range of challenges.

How many people are in each therapy group?

Groups are kept intentionally small. They never exceed 12 participants and usually include around 8 people, so everyone has space to be seen and heard.
