Meet your therapist

Eva Papadopoulou has spent 25+ years helping people through their hardest moments.

She's an integrative counsellor who blends CBT, ACT, and compassion-focused therapy to help you build resilience and lasting change. She holds an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a BA in Psychology, and is a member of BACP, APT, and AoA.

Most importantly, she deeply understands postpartum mental health and creates spaces where mothers feel safe, seen, and supported.

How much does it cost?

Group programmes start from just £30 per session, with final prices depending on the group you join.

What if I don't like it?

If after your first session you feel it's not what you need, you'll get a full refund — no questions asked.

Who leads the group?

Every group is run by a licensed psychologist or psychotherapist who specialises in that focus area.

How big is a group?

Groups never exceed 12 participants, and usually bring together around 8 women to keep sessions intimate and supportive.

Is it online or in person?

All sessions are online, so you can join from anywhere.
