Burnout and Stress Pilot

Burnout and Stress Therapy Group

If you’re starting to feel like you’re running on empty, this group is for you.

You wake up tired. You push through anyway. You tell yourself you just need to get through this week - but this week keeps coming. You're not lazy. You're not weak. You're burnt out.

This is a 6-week therapeutic program where you'll learn to understand what's happening in your mind and body, build practical tools to recover, and find community with women who get it - guided by an experienced therapist who knows the way through.

What you'll get

  • 6 weeks of weekly sessions with the same supportive group
  • Evidence-based therapy led by a licensed professional
  • Tools to manage anxiety, low mood, and the emotional intensity of new motherhood
  • A space where you don't have to pretend everything is fine

How it works

Once you've signed up, you will receive a zoom link to join the sessions. The sessions will take place every Wednesday at 4pm.

What each session feels like

A safe space to be honest about how you're really doing.
Each session is guided by your therapist and designed around the group's needs.

You're never forced to share.
Some weeks you might talk a lot. Other weeks, just listening is enough.

Your therapist holds the space.
They guide discussions, introduce exercises, and make sure everyone feels safe.

These aren't venting sessions.
Each week is designed to help you understand patterns, learn practical skills, and build real connection with mothers who get it.

A weekly rhythm that's yours

Each week follows a similar rhythm, so you always know what's coming

1

Learn something new

Every session opens with your therapist introducing a concept or skill you can apply in daily life.

2

Share, practice, connect

The group opens up. You share what's been coming up, try out the tools together, and hear from your circle.

3

Leave with something concrete

Each session closes with a brief reflection and a small piece of homework.

You're not the only one

Group therapy combines the clinically proven methods of individual therapy with something no one-to-one session can replicate: genuine connection with women navigating the same experiences.

Research shows it's as effective as individual therapy for depression, anxiety, and postpartum mental health. You'll leave each session feeling less alone and better equipped for what's ahead.

FAQ

Do I have to talk in every session?

Absolutely not. Sharing is always optional. Some weeks you might have a lot to say. Other weeks, listening might be exactly what you need. There's no pressure—just space.

How much does group therapy cost?

Join our pilot group starting on the 18th of March entirely for free.

What if group therapy isn't right for me?

We know it's a leap to try something new when you're already overwhelmed. If after your first session you feel the group isn't the right fit, we'll give you a full refund—no questions asked, no awkward conversations.

Who leads the therapy groups?

Every group is led by a licensed therapist with training in evidence-based group therapy. Your therapist will guide each session with skill, warmth, and deep understanding of what you're going through.

How many people are in each group?

Groups are kept small—never more than 12 participants, usually around 8—so everyone has space to be seen, heard, and supported.
